Can etlas work as a POS for a restaurant or café?
Yes. The etlas till takes payments at the bar or counter from a tablet, a computer or a phone, with receipts and simplified invoices (with hash and QR for VeriFactu in Spain, certified in Portugal), tips, several payment methods and a daily cash close.
Does it have a self-order kiosk?
Yes. Customers order and pay on their own on a touchscreen, with photos and in nine languages, and the order goes straight to the kitchen display.
Can waiters take orders on their phone?
Yes. The etlas waiter app (PDA) runs on the waiter’s phone: table plan, rounds, open tabs and payment by item or split. The order reaches the kitchen and bar on its own.
Can I start with just loyalty?
Yes, and that’s how almost everyone starts: with the customer club in the phone’s wallet. Bookings, menu, till, kiosk or team management can be added later from the same dashboard, without switching systems or re-entering your data.
Does it work for several locations or a franchise?
Yes. Each location has its own team, till, opening hours and invoicing, and they all show up in the same dashboard, with each one’s figures side by side.
Does it work in Spain and Portugal?
Yes. Invoicing follows each country’s rules, and the customer experience (menu, kiosk, club card) is available in nine languages.
Do I need to install anything?
Not to get started: everything runs in the browser. On top of that, the etlas loyalty app for iPhone and Android puts the club in your pocket, and your customer’s card lives in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with nothing to download.
