About etlas
etlas (spelled with an “e”) builds the customer club for high-street businesses: the card on their customers’ phones, the messages that bring them back and, if they want them, the till, the kiosk, bookings and the menu.
What we do
etlas makes a business's customers come back. We do it with a customer club that lives on their mobile phone: a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with no app to download, that collects stamps or points, moves up tiers and sends alerts on its own when the reward is close or when someone stops coming.
Around the club we've built what a high-street business needs so it doesn't have to deal with five suppliers: till (POS), self-order kiosk, handheld ordering, bookings, digital menu in 9 languages, orders and purchasing. Each piece is signed up for separately and they all talk to each other: a sale at the till adds to the customer's card without anyone lifting a finger.
Who it's for
For businesses whose customers can come back: cafés, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, beauty salons, hairdressers and shops, with one location or several. We work in Spain and Portugal, and the platform is in Spanish, Portuguese and English for the business and in 9 languages for its customers.
